Governor Schwarzenegger wants California to "terminate" dirty pollution (including plastic bags)

Today I attended the Green Cities California press conference in Sacramento in support of state & local plastic bag bans. I got to witness our Governor say that he wants to "terminate" dirty pollution including plastic bags and say "We'll be back" with regard to trying to pass AB 1998 (California's proposed state-wide ban) again.  Schwarzenegger also seems to have a healthy reusable bag obsession, which became apparent as he passionately related how his mother always had reusable bags in her purse in Austria.

Overall, this event helped to highlight recent achievements and keep the momentum strong for the next big challenge: The City of San Jose.
