The July 10th LA Times editorial entitled Banning Plastic Bags: Good for California was written in response to a June 29th LA Times editorial written by a plastic bag manufacturer  entitled The Unintended Consequences of a Plastic Bag Ban.

Banning Plastic Bags: Good for California was written by the President of a reusable bag supplier, so there is undoubtedly some bias, but the response aptly points out the flaws in the reasoning in the original editorial.
