Our Marin County litigation page has been updated to include Marin County's Opposition to Save the Plastic Bag Coalition's Petition for Writ of Mandate & Californians Against Waste's Amicus Curiae Brief in support of the County's Opposition. The hearing on this Petition is still set for hearing on September 13th at 9:00a.m.
