S.B. 531 Amended to remove preemptive language and the proposed supplier-based fee

After opposition by several cities and environmental groups, California Senate Bill 531 was amended to remove the preemption of local plastic bag bans and to remove the proposed $0.001 supplier-based fee. S.B. 531, as amended 04/29/09
