Albertsons grocery stores in Carpinteria and San Diego ban plastic and paper carryout bags!

On April 27, 2011, two Albertsons grocery stores in California will ban paper and plastic bags at checkout.  The stores will only offer reusable bags to customers (ranging from 30 cents to $2.49 per bags) and encourage customers to bring bags from home.  This sounds like a great program!
